Supervised driving training (accompanied driving) of category B vehicles can be done either directly at the end of the initial training (obtaining the highway code), or after failing the practical test of the driver's license. It implies respect for specific rules of conduct.
The vehicle used must be fitted with a distinctive "accompanied driving" sign affixed to the rear. The pupil must participate in a preliminary meeting with the teacher and at least one accompanying person. During learning, the speed is limited: - to 110 km / h on sections of motorways where the speed is limited to 130 km / h, - to 100 km / h on other sections of motorways and roads with two carriageways separated by a central reservation, - at 80 km / h on other roads, - at 50 km / h in built-up areas. Warning: This formula does not reduce the length of the probationary period of the driving license and new holders have 6 points on their license and must wait 3 years without infringement before obtaining 12.
